Manager Trainee
We provide behind-the-scenes support for our expanding clientele, specializing in business development, customer acquisitions, and customer support services. We work with major brands in the telecommunications sector, delivering on-the-ground sales and support that drive growth and strengthen customer relationships.
As a Manager Trainee you will:
- Serve as a frontline ambassador for our telecom clients, engaging with customers in-person, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales.
- Build rapport with prospects and clients, explain value propositions, handle questions and close opportunities.
- Once you demonstrate proficiency, assist in training and mentoring newer team members, helping to share best practices, model strong customer interactions, and guide them toward success.
- Work collaboratively with team leads and management to meet performance goals and uphold high standards of customer experience.
What to expect in a Manager Trainee role:
- No prior management experience required, this is a trainee role designed for someone ready to develop and learn.
- You’ll receive on-the-job coaching and training in both customer service/sales and team-development elements.
- As you succeed and demonstrate initiative, you’ll be eligible to take on increased responsibilities, including training others and supporting team supervision.
What We’re Looking For in a Manager Trainee:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
