Manager Trainee

We provide behind-the-scenes support for our expanding clientele, specializing in business development, customer acquisitions, and customer support services. We work with major brands in the telecommunications sector, delivering on-the-ground sales and support that drive growth and strengthen customer relationships.

As a Manager Trainee you will:

  • Serve as a frontline ambassador for our telecom clients, engaging with customers in-person, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales.
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients, explain value propositions, handle questions and close opportunities.
  • Once you demonstrate proficiency, assist in training and mentoring newer team members, helping to share best practices, model strong customer interactions, and guide them toward success.
  • Work collaboratively with team leads and management to meet performance goals and uphold high standards of customer experience.

     

What to expect in a Manager Trainee role: 

  • No prior management experience required, this is a trainee role designed for someone ready to develop and learn.
  • You’ll receive on-the-job coaching and training in both customer service/sales and team-development elements.
  • As you succeed and demonstrate initiative, you’ll be eligible to take on increased responsibilities, including training others and supporting team supervision.

     

What We’re Looking For in a Manager Trainee:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a customer-centric role, and able to build relationships quickly.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Professional appearance, and willingness to be on site and interact with customers face-to-face.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
