Full Time Customer Associate

As a Full Time Customer Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and help shape the customer experience. The Full Time Customer Associate will present our services, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction at every interaction.
Full Time Customer Associate Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and proactively reaches out to potential customers to expand the client base.
- Engage with customers in person to build meaningful relationships grounded in trust and rapport.
- Listen carefully to customer challenges and recommend well-matched solutions that drive effective sales.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of services, promotions, and sales offerings in order to provide informed guidance.
- Record and track all customer interactions, sales leads, and transaction details in our system
- Collect customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and sales process
- Collaborate with fellow Full Time Customer Associate team members and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Full Time Customer Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Associate or sales experience is beneficial, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic computer literacy
