We’re scaling aggressively across social and creator-led channels—especially TikTok—and are looking for someone who knows how to turn creators, content, and paid media into real, measurable sales.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Manager who can own our TikTok growth end-to-end — from identifying the right creators to scaling winning content through TikTok Shop and paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
Source, vet, and manage TikTok creators and influencers for TikTok Shop
Build and manage affiliate creator partnerships
Identify high-converting ads and scale
Manage TikTok Shop product listings and promotions
Coordinate content strategy that drives conversions
Track results and report weekly performance metrics
Requirements
Proven experience with TikTok Shop
Strong background in influencer marketing for e-commerce (specifically for health and wellness niche)
Ability to identify creators that actually convert (not just high followers)
Experience running or optimizing TikTok Ads
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and creator management skills
Nice to Have
Experience with supplements, CPG, or health & wellness brands
Experience scaling TikTok Shop to consistent daily sales
Familiarity with UGC repurposing for paid ads
