π Responsibilities
- Insurance Sales & Prospecting: Generate leads, identify prospects, and present tailored State Farm insurance solutions.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term trust as a trusted advisor across auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
- Present & Close: Confidently present options, address objections, and guide customers to close sales and achieve performance goals.
- Marketing & Outreach: Conduct outbound marketing via phone, email, text, social media, and networking. Engage customers virtually, in-person, and by phone to build relationships and uncover coverage needs.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable support for policy changes, billing, claims, and more.
- Drive for Results: Maintain a strong daily focus on activity and outcomes, collaborating with your team to meet sales targets.
