Service Manager

The Service Manager at Brew-Bacher's will work with the entire Management team to not only oversee daily restaurant operations but also drive all aspects toward our common goal of passionate guest service and attention to detail.

The Service Manager is primarily responsible for all Front of the House functions including coaching & training of employees to provide great service to all guests, maintenance of quality food & beverage standards, sanitation, facility cleanliness, alcohol purchasing, bar program development and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of restaurant service experience, a work schedule of at least 30 hours a week (full time is available too), excellent communication skills, the ability to utilize computer software for scheduling, inventory and communications and a drive to lead, guide and coach our team.
