Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to build, manage, and scale our social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and potentially YouTube/Meta). This role is for someone who has already grown a successful social media account, ideally for a product-based or consumer brand.
You will own social strategy end-to-end: content creation, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (short-form video, images, captions).
- Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Grow followers and engagement organically.
- Build and engage with the community (comments, DMs, trends).
- Track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the brand team on campaigns and launches.
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- Proven experience growing a social media account or brand (you will be asked for examples).
- Experience creating content for product-based or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends.
- Comfortable being hands-on with content creation (not just strategy).
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual sense.
Nice-to-have:
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Familiarity with eCommerce or Amazon brands.
- Experience working with influencers or creators.
