About the Role
3C Innovations is seeking a motivated and energetic Retail Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement within a fast-paced retail environment.
You’ll work directly with customers, support in-store marketing initiatives, and help increase brand awareness and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers through in-store promotions and product demonstrations
- Assist with retail marketing campaigns and brand presentations
- Support sales efforts to meet and exceed performance goals
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Help set up and maintain marketing displays
- Represent 3C Innovations and our clients in a professional manner
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible availability (weekends may be required)
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
