Digital Marketing & Growth Intern (Email, SMS & Meta Ads)

Role Overview

As a Marketing Strategy Intern, you will bridge the gap between creative content and data-driven performance. You will be responsible for building integrated campaign journeys that reach customers via their inbox, mobile devices, and social feeds. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Email & SMS Strategy:
    • Develop and schedule automated lifecycle flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart) and one-off promotional broadcasts.
    • Manage audience segmentation to ensure the right message reaches the right customer.
    • Execute A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and send times to optimize open and click-through rates.
  • Meta Sponsored Ads:
    • Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Ads Manager.
    • Collaborate on creative briefs for high-performing ad formats, including Reels, Carousels, and Static Image ads.
    • Monitor daily spend and adjust targeting to maintain efficient Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and report on cross-channel performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Events Manager, and CRM dashboards.
    • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for future strategy. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with CRM/Email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    • Foundational knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
    • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for quick asset iteration.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong persuasive writing and copywriting skills for short-form SMS and high-intent email copy.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage a cross-channel campaign calenda
