Sales Marketing and Customer Success Intern

Internship: Sales, Customer Success, Growth & Social (Moment)

The Role

This internship sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Growth, and Social Media.

You’ll help Moment show up perfectly in front of partners and fans—by supporting sales demos, building Moment Live experiences, onboarding customers, launching event collections, driving syncing behavior, and building online momentum through community and social channels.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll get real responsibility, real exposure, and real experience working with premium brands and IP.

 

What You’ll Do


Sales Enablement + Partner Readiness

Support the sales team by preparing high-quality demos and partner decks

Build and maintain Moment Live experiences for sales demos and partner presentations

Ensure demos are polished, accurate, and always ready to show

Help tailor Moment Live builds and collections to different verticals (sports, entertainment, apparel, collectibles)

 

Moment Cloud + Collections That Drive Syncing

Pull schedules in the correct format and upload them to Moment Cloud

Build and push collections of events designed to drive fan syncing and engagement

Maintain quality control so every collection feels clean, premium, and on-brand

Troubleshoot formatting or publishing issues quickly and reliably

 

Customer Success + Onboarding

Help onboard customers smoothly

Be proactive with customers to drive adoption, syncing, and repeat usage

Communicate clearly and professionally with partners to keep momentum moving

Identify blockers early, solve problems fast, and help create repeatable onboarding workflows

 

Assets + Visual Quality

Pull and organize the right assets and images for teams, leagues, and events

Ensure logos, names, and visuals are consistent, high-quality, and correct

Keep asset libraries clean and easy to use so builds happen fast

 

Growth + Community (Reddit, Forums, Fan Buzz)

Use Moment Live during major tournaments (ex: World Cup) to drive consumer syncing

Build buzz in online communities like Reddit with authentic, high-signal posts

Test growth loops that increase syncing and sharing organically

Track what’s working and iterate quickly

 

Social Media + Brand Presence

Help build Moment’s social presence with consistent posting and smart content ideas

Support major moments, drops, and launches with social-first execution

Create content that feels native to sports + entertainment culture

Help make Moment feel relevant, sharp, and always “on”

You’re a fast learner with high output, strong instincts, and obsessive attention to detail. You take ownership, move quickly, and care deeply about doing things the right way.

Skills (Ideal)

Have worked with SaaS platforms (comfortable learning new tools quickly)

Strong understanding of social media and community growth

Familiarity with customer success, onboarding, and retention

Interest in sales enablement and partner-facing execution

“AI hacking skills” — using AI tools to move faster, improve quality, and automate repetitive work

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute under pressure
