Intern Opportunity – Shadowing a Partner in Commercial Finance

I’m looking for a motivated Intern to work closely with me and gain hands-on exposure by shadowing my day-to-day work across live deals, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants real-world insight into how deals are evaluated, structured, and executed—not just busywork.

What you’ll be exposed to:

Deal sourcing and evaluation

Financial modeling and underwriting

Market and industry research

Investment memos and presentations

Client and partner interactions

How senior-level decisions are made in real time

What you’ll do:

Assist with financial analysis and data organization

Support research on markets, companies, and transactions

Sit in on meetings and calls (when appropriate)

Help prepare materials for internal and external use

Ask questions and learn by observing closely

Who this is for:

Undergraduate or graduate students (finance, economics, business, real estate, or related fields preferred)

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working with Excel / financial concepts (or eager to learn fast)
