LOCATION: Chicago, Illinois (in-office)
DURATION: Summer 2026 (10-12 weeks)
COMPENSATION: $24-30/hr
START DATE: Flexible, dependent on the selected candidate’s availability
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sunrise Foods International is looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern to support internal and external communications, content development, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling and wants hands-on experience shaping how a global organization communicates.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the development of content for internal communications, presentations, and external channels
- Assist with LinkedIn and digital content planning and posting
- Conduct market and audience research to inform messaging
- Utilize a content management system to implement website updates and conduct a comprehensive project-based website review
- Help develop campaign materials, brand assets, and communication tools
- Track engagement metrics and summarize insights and recommendations
- Support storytelling related to strategy, culture, and performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital content platforms, including Google Ads
- Comfort with tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva
- Proficient with AI tools to increase communication efficienciences
- Organized, curious, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
