Harvey Kruse, P.C., a respected and fast-paced civil litigation law firm, is seeking three paralegals for our Troy office, with additional opportunities available in Grand Rapids and Grand Blanc. If you thrive in litigation, enjoy digging into complex issues, and want meaningful responsibility this may be the role for you.
As a paralegal at Harvey Kruse, you will be an integral part of our litigation teams, working closely with attorneys on significant cases from investigation through trial. Your work will directly impact case strategy and outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Obtain, organize, and summarize medical, employment, and other key records
- Analyze complex factual scenarios and legal issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
- Assist attorneys with depositions, court hearings, and trials

- Products liability and asbestos litigation
- Mass torts and class actions
- Insurance coverage disputes
- Automobile negligence and construction accident cases
