Responsible for the provision and coordination of vocational training to a caseload of trainees at the work center. 

Observes trainees at worksites and gives verbal and written feedback in relation to attainment of stated goals and objectives.

Performs training, teaching, and testing from an approved curriculum.

Vocational Program Related Duties.

24 hours per week

 

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with related experience in mental health or job coaching. 
  • Experience working in mental health field desired.
  • Competent in keeping accurate time records and accurate production computations. 
  • Will be expected to be certified in CPR and first aid within six months of employment. 
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with verifiable proof of insurability. 
  • Possesses good observation and problem solving skills. 
  • Requires some independent decision-making. 
  • Must be able to take verbal instructions and complete multi-step, complex tasks.
  • Must Monitor own time to ensure needed attention to all trainees on case load.
