2026 Summer Intern, Sales and Account Management (San Diego)

Join our dynamic Sales and Account Management team in San Diego as an intern focused on market analysis, engagement strategies, and outreach support. This internship offers hands-on experience in applying data-driven insights to real-world business challenges, supporting our team’s growth and client engagement efforts. 

 

This is an entry-level, 10-week, full-time internship expected to begin in June and end in August. Work may be done remotely from any U.S. location. Pay is expected to be $23 per hour. At this time, we are unable to provide housing nor relocation assistance for this position.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Market Analysis: Use data analytics to identify market trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities for the San Diego region. 
  • Engagement Strategies: Support the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize client engagement and retention. 
  • Outreach Support: Assist the team in preparing client communications, presentations, and reports. Help track and analyze outreach effectiveness using CRM and analytics platforms. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to align strategies and deliver actionable recommendations. 
  • Reporting: Summarize findings and present actionable insights to team leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • At least 30 completed college-level credit hours (preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field) 
  • Candidate must be a US citizen, reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S. per contract requirements.  

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills 
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools 
  • Interest in business and sales 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) 
  • Experience with market research or data analysis projects 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to attend occasional meetings at San Diego, CA office
