Camp Lindenmere is looking for a Gymnastics Director to lead and oversee our gymnastics program. The Gymnastics Director will work closely with staff and campers, creating a structured and engaging program that fosters skill development, confidence, and a love for gymnastics. This position involves designing lesson plans, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a safe and fun environment for all participants.
Located in Pennsylvania’s beautiful Pocono Mountains, Camp Lindenmere is a private, coed sleep-away camp established in 1935. Our focus is on the individual growth of each child, and our campers range in age from 7 to 17. We offer a wide variety of programs, including Sports, Arts, Performing Arts, Adventure, STEM, and Circus & Gymnastics, across our stunning facilities.

Job Requirements
• Applicants must be current college students or graduates.
• Must have experience in gymnastics coaching and working with children.
• Able to develop and implement structured lesson plans for campers of all skill levels.
• Comfortable leading and motivating staff and campers in a fun, supportive environment.
• Have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Previous experience managing a small team is a plus.
• Must be a positive role model with a strong work ethic and a passion for working with children.
• As a condition of employment, applicants must pass reference checks, criminal background checks, sex offender registry checks, fingerprinting, and other required screening processes.
