Sales Representative

Position: Sales Representative (Entry-Level)
Location: Blue Ash, Ohio 
Type: Full Time 
Salary: $45,000 plus competitive commission structure
Bonus/Commission Structure: Uncapped commissions, Percentage of gross profit paid out monthly 

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our staffing agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business development efforts, prospecting new clients, and generating sales leads. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking and in person drop ins. 
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by qualifying prospects and understanding their staffing needs.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Assist clients in identifying their staffing requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Presentations and Pitches:
    • Present staffing services and solutions to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of working with the agency.
    • Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches to potential clients over the phone, virtual, via email, or in person.
  • Client Follow-Up:
    • Follow up with clients to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with placements.
    • Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of service with clients.
  • Sales Reporting and Administration:
    • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas as set by management.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings.
    • Provide valuable insights to clients to help them stay competitive in the staffing market.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to build relationships and connect with clients in a professional and engaging manner.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections.
  • Other:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • In office position in Blue Ash, Ohio.  Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
