English Learner (EL) Teacher/Coach
Do you have a passion for supporting multilingual learners and empowering teachers to reach every student? The Marshfield School District is seeking an English Learner (EL) Coach who is ready to inspire, collaborate, and make a lasting difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with classroom teachers to bring effective strategies and accommodations to life.
- Directly support EL students with the greatest needs, while helping others thrive through indirect coaching and interventions.
- Build strong bridges between families, schools, and the community to ensure every learner feels connected and supported.
- Lead and collaborate on EL programming, professional development, and district initiatives.
- Stay current on best practices, research, and interventions in EL education.
What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Wisconsin teacher certified in English as a Second Language (1395) or ability to obtain.
- A relationship-builder who communicates effectively with students, families, and staff from all cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
