Responsibilities

Our Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Forecasting inventory needs for 1000's of unique SKUs, taking into account high growth and seasonality
• Providing reports and analytical support to the sales team in order to bolster revenue through our wholesale channel
• Analyzing retail sales data to find trends and opportunities to increase revenue
• Analyzing operations data to improve efficiencies in the warehouse and minimize packing errors
• Evaluating product complaints and customer service issues; implement new systems to decrease customer questions and complaints
• Analyzing Google and Meta Ads to find opportunities to improve performance while increasing spend
• Identifying areas of improvement, new business opportunities, and new areas and responsibilities that they’d like to explore

• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 
• Able to handle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with competing priorities
• Integrity: Behaves in an honest, fair, and ethical manner
• During peak time frames, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, supply chain or related field; or equivalent experience
