Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and implementing effective behavioral therapy interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will contribute to fostering positive behavioral changes and enhancing overall patient care.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Providing Family Guidance on a consistent basis
  • Leading and educating your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
