💼 What You’ll Do:

Perform routine and complex lab procedures with accuracy

Prepare reagents, instruments, and biological samples for research protocols

Operate and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment

Accurately record and analyze data

Partner with colleagues to ensure quality and compliance

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (or equivalent)

ASCP certification (MLT) preferred

New grads welcome! Mentorship and training provided

Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet
