Customer Growth
We're building the AI receptionist and marketing platform for small businesses and solopreneurs. Think: automated phone answering, website builder, CRM, payments, and SMS campaigns - all in one place.
You'll be our first growth hire, working directly with the CEO to scale customer acquisition. You'll own outcomes, run experiments, and learn faster than you thought possible.
What you'll do:
- Manage our TikTok creator partnership program (20-30 creators making content for us)
- Create content (long-form, short-form, video, email) for activation
- Run conversion experiments on landing pages, pricing, signup flows
- Analyze user data in SQL to find growth opportunities
- Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns
- Build out our email/SMS marketing automation
- Whatever else drives customer growth
You're a great fit if:
