As an Accounting Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our accounting team, helping ensure invoices are prepared, delivered, and tracked accurately. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and exposure to core accounting operations—perfect for someone looking to build a strong foundation and grow their career within a stable, growing organization.

What You’ll Do
- You’ll gain practical accounting experience while working closely with internal teams and customers. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and distributing customer invoices, statements, and consolidated billing
- Creating custom spreadsheets and reports to support invoicing needs
- Processing credit memos accurately and efficiently
- Delivering invoices to customers through a variety of methods, including email, customer portals, and shipping services
- Responding to invoice questions and resolving billing issues in a timely, professional manner
- Tracking invoice status and maintaining accurate documentation for follow-up and resolution
- Assisting with additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned—no two days are exactly the same!

- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or some college coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred
- Entry-level candidates welcome—prior accounting experience is helpful but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel skills a plus)
- Experience with accounting software is beneficial but not required—we’ll train you!
