As a Billing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers are billed accurately for critical fire and life safety services. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training, exposure to real business operations, and clear opportunities for advancement as you develop your skills and grow within the company.

What You’ll Do
You’ll gain practical experience while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customer systems. Responsibilities include:
Reviewing work completion reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer contracts
Analyzing vendor documentation to confirm services performed and verify correct charges
Ensuring invoices meet basic accounting and General Ledger requirements
Entering billing and revenue data into company systems and generating customer invoices
Identifying billing discrepancies and helping determine the best resolution
Communicating and coordinating follow-ups when paperwork is incomplete or incorrect
Tracking trends, exceptions, and credits to support process improvements
Verifying Purchase Order (PO) details in third-party customer systems when needed
Supporting additional projects and tasks as assigned—this role offers variety and learning opportunities!

Comfort working with computers and learning new systems
Education & Experience:
No prior experience required—we’ll train you!
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree or some college coursework preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel especially helpful)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus, but not required
