AT&T Team Member

We are looking for an AT&T Team Member in Jacksonville to focus on bringing AT&T Fiber to local residences. The AT&T Team Member will provide the assistance such as selling, recommending, and providing additional support that helps residents make an informed, confident decision to upgrade their home's internet to AT&T’s products.
As an AT&T Team Member, you approach every conversation with both expertise and empathy. The AT&T Team Member connects with customers and homeowners and takes time to understand how they truly use their internet, then tailors their guidance on Fiber plans, mesh coverage, and 5G Backup so the solution fits their needs. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to level up their sales experience, customer service, and gain leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member:
- Guide prospective customers through AT&T Fiber’s high‑speed internet, wireless, and bundled entertainment features, highlighting reliability and competitive advantages.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by assessing residential and business connectivity needs, then match them with tailored AT&T Fiber plans.
- Manage the full customer journey, from service eligibility checks to activations and installation scheduling, ensuring accuracy and seamless transitions.
- Provide clear explanations of AT&T promotions, billing structures, and service agreements to reinforce transparency and customer confidence.
- Align customer usage patterns with the most effective AT&T Fiber solutions, emphasizing long‑term value and consistent network performance.
- Collaborate with AT&T Sales Team Members to coordinate sales efforts and support AT&T’s regional growth strategies and promotional launch cycles.
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, with strong interest in telecommunications, fiber‑optic technology, and high‑speed internet solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts such as low latency and bundled entertainment options, while building customer confidence.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to excel in AT&T’s fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, billing systems, and digital tools to manage AT&T Fiber accounts, track sales metrics, and ensure secure documentation.
