Position Overview

Gentis Solutions is seeking an innovative and technically curious AI & Automation Intern to support the development of internal tools and systems across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone interested in applying artificial intelligence, automation, and coding skills to real-world business challenges. You will work alongside internal teams to build, improve, and deploy AI-driven solutions while contributing to ongoing technical and operational projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and building AI-powered tools to improve workflows across sales, operations, marketing, and recruiting teams.

     
  • Support the development of automation solutions using AI, scripting, and low-code/no-code platforms.

     
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and decision-making.

     
  • Contribute to ongoing AI, coding, and technology-related projects as assigned.

     
  • Document processes, tools, and system logic to ensure scalability and usability across teams.

     
  • Test, refine, and iterate on AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user adoption.
