Management Trainee Responsibilities
- Engage directly with business clients to present AT&T telecom solutions
- Drive product sales through consultative conversations and tailored pitches
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business
- Shadow managers to learn leadership and operational skills
- Track and report sales metrics to management
- Collaborate with team members to hit group targets
- Identify opportunities for process improvement

Management Trainee Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
