Management Trainee

Our Colorado-based firm needs ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee program. This is your chance to learn the ropes of B2B telecom sales, sharpen leadership skills, and grow into a management role. You’ll start at the forefront of driving sales and building relationships before transitioning into management. Management Trainee Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with business clients to present AT&T telecom solutions
  • Drive product sales through consultative conversations and tailored pitches
  • Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business
  • Shadow managers to learn leadership and operational skills
  • Track and report sales metrics to management
  • Collaborate with team members to hit group targets
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Represent Pac North Best with professionalism and energy
     

Management Trainee Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Leadership potential and interest in management growth
  • Team-oriented mindset with individual accountability
  • Prior sales or customer service experience a plus
