Client Services/Marketing Operations Specialist

For more than 26 years, Point A Media has been building better brands in East Texas and beyond. We’re a full-service advertising agency looking for a talented self-starter who wants more than just a job — someone who wants a future in Nacogdoches and is ready to be part of a small, hardworking team that shows up and gets things done.

This is a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environment. You’ll wear many hats, juggle multiple projects, and help keep our clients moving forward. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Do
•    Work closely with clients to help plan, execute, and evaluate advertising campaigns
•    Assist with media planning and placement
•    Help manage budgets, timelines, billing, and reporting
•    Support day-to-day agency operations — actively assisting wherever needed to keep projects on track
•    Track results, analyze data, and help turn information into smart decisions, converting expenses into ROI
•    Maintain and improve clients’ brands, in person and online, including digital footprints

•    Someone organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
•    Capable of working in a quick-moving environment with shifting priorities
•    A clear communicator, comfortable with phone, electronic and in-person conversations
•    An industrious team player who takes responsibility and follows through
•    Someone who takes pride in doing things right and innovates to do things better

Experience That’s a Plus (Not All Required)
•    Media planning and placement (traditional and/or digital)
•    Client relations and multi-media campaign coordination and implementation
•    Bookkeeping and accounting tasks (billing, A/R, A/P)
•    Data analysis and reporting
•    Digital presence management (Google Business Profiles, social platforms, etc.)
•    Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Intuit QuickBooks, Adobe Creative Suite and online content management systems
•    Spanish language skills (spoken and written) would put the ideal candidate over the top
