Job Description:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic Sales Development Representative to join our high-
performing team. This role is all about driving business growth, collaborating with our sales executives,
engaging with potential clients, and staying ahead of market trends to seize new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and sales prospects.
2. Actively seek out new accounts through methods such as cold-calling and networking.
3. Expand and maintain our prospect database.
4. Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, recommending our innovative solutions.
5. Bring your energy and motivation to make numerous phone calls daily.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
7. Be coachable and eager to learn.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Familiarity or ability to quickly learn complex sales methodologies.
2. Ability to thrive within a rapidly growing team.
3. Positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
4. Ability to meet or exceed KPI’s (Key Personal Objectives). Uncapped commissions
4. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
5. Proficiency in using a CRM tool (Client Relationship Management).
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
7. BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
8. 1+ year of sales experience is preferred but not required.
