Inside Sales Representative

Full Job Description

PERFECT FOR RECENT COLLEGE GRADS LOOKING TO START THEIR CAREER IN SALES!

We are looking for confident, talented, high-energy sales representatives to help move our customers forward! If you have a strong, sales-oriented personality with a desire to be successful, you may be well suited for this sales representative position. There is NO COLD CALLING! We have warm leads from customers interested in our moving services, it’s your job to explain our services and book them!

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Our Inside Sales bring in $50k - $80k+ a year! Compensation ceiling is unlimited!
  • NO COLD CALLING! All inbound sales leads
  • Work weeks are 35-45 hours depending on time of year. You will receive a base hourly wage (starting at $12) plus monthly customer service and team sales bonuses ($250-$1000+/mo) and monthly sales commissions (unlimited, but average $2,500/mo). Your sales commissions are based on your performance and talent in closing a sale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Recommend and estimate moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
  • Provide outstanding customer service on all calls, emails, texts and online inquiries (50-100 calls per day) with strong emphasis on accurate estimates and closing the sale
  • Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
  • All other duties as assigned

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, some college is strongly preferred
  • At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
  • Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
  • Good grammar, voice and diction
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
  • Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to perform basic business math
