The Management Track

This isn't a "shadowing" role; it is a hands-on leadership intensive. You will be trained to:

Recruit & Lead: Learn the mechanics of building and managing large-scale teams.

Operational Oversight: Manage business units ranging from field technicians to customer success representatives.

Growth Strategy: Execute the systems that allow a private business to maintain elite service standards across thousands of customers.

Compensation & Logistics

Earning Potential: High-performing interns typically earn $5,000 – $8,000 per month depending on the specific management track chosen.

Timeline: May 2026 – July 2026.

Housing: We offer dedicated housing opportunities for students relocating or working in remote territories.
