Inside Sales and Retention Specialist

I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with a high-performing, client-focused agency.

What you’ll do:
• Support my existing book of business
• Work warm lists and revenue-generating opportunities
• Assist with retention
• Contribute to overall agency growth while maintaining a very high brand standard

• Organized, proactive, coachable, and detail-oriented
• Can work independently and take ownership
• Extremely motivated 
• Want a clear growth path inside an established agency
