Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator / Junior Marketing Specialist to support our B2B marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is interested in the nutraceutical or food industry and wants hands-on experience in B2B marketing, trade marketing, and regulated products.

The role will support marketing initiatives that help generate leads, strengthen customer relationships, and support sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns

Support creation and organization of marketing materials such as sales decks, brochures, spec sheets, and product sell sheets

Help coordinate trade shows, industry events, webinars, and conferences

Maintain and update website content, email campaigns, and CRM/marketing databases

Work with internal teams (sales, R&D, quality, regulatory) to gather accurate product information

Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements

Track campaign performance and help prepare basic reports and insights

Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

0–2 years of marketing experience, internships, or relevant coursework

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools (email platforms, social media, CRM, or CMS systems)

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, food ingredients, or B2B marketing

Exposure to trade shows, sales support, or lead generation activities

Understanding of regulated industries or willingness to learn compliance requirements
