IT Support Intern

Location: Beavercreek, Ohio 

Schedule: 3–4 Days/Week (20–30 Hours/Week) 

Work Environment: In-Person

Position Overview 

The IT Support Intern will support our service team with daily technical and administrative tasks. This internship is designed for students or early-career individuals looking to gain real-world IT experience in a friendly, team-oriented setting. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Monitor and update incoming helpdesk tickets 

• Perform basic troubleshooting (password resets, account updates) 

• Answer and route incoming support calls 

• Help set up or modify email accounts 

• Complete workstation checks and maintain documentation 

• Support general administrative tasks 

• Learn how MSP helpdesk operations work 

 

Ideal Candidate Qualities 

• Interest in IT, technical problem-solving, and learning new tools 

• Good communication and customer service skills 

• Basic comfort using Windows computers 

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail 

• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented 

 

Preferred (Not Required) Experience 

• Microsoft 365 familiarity 

• Exposure to ticketing/helpdesk systems 

• IT-related coursework or certifications 

• Interest in Microsoft 365 administration, Cybersecurity compliance, VoIP, or networking
