We are hiring interns for the Spring 2026 semester. Internships at Bridgeway Partners are part-time, paid positions with the opportunity to grow into a full-time paid role upon graduation.
Position Overview
As a Business Development & Sales Intern, you will support our growth by generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and assisting senior team members in business development and recruiting workflows. This internship is ideal for students or early-career candidates who want real-world exposure to sales, market research, CRM management, and client communication within a dynamic consulting and recruiting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research across industries to identify new business opportunities and hiring trends.
- Source and qualify leads for potential clients through online research, market data, and CRM insights.
- Engage potential clients and candidates through email, phone, social media and other electronic communication.
- Support the Partner team in managing the business development pipeline and workflow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM database.
- Provide exceptional, white-glove customer service to clients and candidates.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve skills.
Qualifications
- No prior industry experience required — we’re looking for hunger to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated, detail- and deadline-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfort using digital communication tools and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Commutable to our Broadview Heights, OH office (in-person role).
