As a Project Management Summer Intern in the DDAAI (Digital, Data, Analytics and AI) team you will join a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to driving the success of Digital, Data, Analytics and AI projects across R&D and Medical. You will play a hands-on role in planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables, timelines, and resources, while helping to foster a culture of transparency, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
You will also play an important role in building and executing the communication plan to increase team’s visibility and highlight its accomplishments.
We will not consider graduate students or undergraduate students graduating before December 2026. We are also not providing housing support so students will need to provide their own housing over the course of the 11-week program.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of specific Medical project milestones and objectives.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and task lists to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure project success.
- Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to process improvements that streamline project workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Help celebrate project achievements and foster a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Build and execute a communication plan outlining team’s project and accomplishments.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in healthcare research or related field
- Self-starter, with proven track record of building something from the ground-up, developing communication strategy, etc.
- Strong interest in healthcare and medical field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Entrepreneurial with strong organizational skills
- Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- 3.0 GPA is a minimum requirement
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English is required. French and other European languages are an asset
