About the Internship:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team for a 6–12 month internship. This is a great opportunity to put your coursework into practice, build your resume, and gain insight into the inner workings of a boutique accounting firm. If you're organized, eager to learn, and have a head for numbers, we’d love to meet you. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and client reports
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks and data entry
  • Help with account reconciliations and internal audits
  • Support tax preparation and filing processes
  • Sit in on client meetings and observe financial planning sessions
  • Conduct research on tax and accounting issues
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with firm procedures
  • Pitch in with general office and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Availability for 15–20 hours/week (flexible around class schedules)

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Previous internship or office experience
