Benefit Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Benefit Advisors. This is a full-time sales and marketing role where you will help businesses and their employees understand and enroll in supplemental benefits that protect their income and well-being.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or young professionals looking for:

No prior insurance experience is required — full training and mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Educate business owners and employees on supplemental benefit options
  • Conduct group enrollments and one-on-one consultations
  • Build and manage your own book of business
  • Develop professional sales, communication, and presentation skills
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development sessions
  • Represent Aflac with professionalism and integrity in the local market

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn sales and marketing skills
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, sales, or leadership development

Backgrounds that do well in this role:
Entrepreneurship, business, marketing, communications, sports management, human resources, hospitality, or prior sales/customer-facing experience.
