What We’re Looking For In You
• Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development,
Business, or a related field
• Curious, organized, and interested in learning how training and development programs are created
and delivered
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Your Role as a Learning & Development Intern
This internship will focus on supporting the Learning & Development team with training projects,
learning content updates, and administrative tasks while gaining exposure to instructional design and
facilitation.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
• Assist with the development, updating, and organization of training materials, job aids, and
reference resources
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) tasks such as uploading content, tracking completions,
and generating basic reports
• Help gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to support training improvements
• Assist with basic instructional design tasks, including formatting content and creating simple
learning activities
• Support training sessions by assisting with logistics, materials, and virtual or in-person setup
• Help capture or organize photos, videos, or content used for learning purposes
• Perform administrative and project support tasks to assist ongoing L&D initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
• Undergrad Junior status or above
• Interest in learning and development, training, or human resources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Basic design or content creation familiarity
• Ability to work within the hours of Monday through Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm
• Hours will vary and can be worked around course schedules.
