Entry-Level Inside Sales

One of our clients in Cincinnati, OH is looking for an Entry-Level Inside Sales. This is an inbound-focused role, closely aligned with the marketing team, handling competitive industrial products. Full-time, Direct hire position offering a base salary of $50–65K + commission. Hybrid work available after training.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond quickly to all inquiries and make qualification calls to learn key information about the customer.
• Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and coordinate handoff to field sales.
• Handle small or simple deals internally, prepare quotes, answer basic questions, and close sales.
• Follow up on leads from trade shows and marketing campaigns while maintaining clear, customer-focused communication.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve qualification processes, scripts, and emails.

Qualifications
• Strong professional English skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working closely with sales and marketing teams.
• Comfortable communicating with industrial customers (precision manufacturing, electronics, printing, etc.)
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success, or a related role (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred).
