Entry-Level Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in client management, sales, and business development. The Account Manager will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service, maintain strong relationships, and support account growth. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships

Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams

Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting existing accounts

Track account activity, deliverables, and performance metrics

Resolve client questions or issues in a timely and professional manner

Support sales and account growth initiatives

Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems

Attend in-person meetings, trainings, and team sessions as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Comfortable interacting with clients in person and over the phone

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

CRM experience is a plus but not required
