UP Collective is a fast-growing community initiative that hosts phone-free gatherings in inspiring spaces. Our mission is to help people unplug from their devices and plug back into meaningful connection with themselves and others.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Marketing & Community Engagement Intern to help us share our story, grow our social media presence, and ultimately, our community as we seek to expand into states outside of California.
What You’ll Do:
Create and schedule Instagram/TikTok and website content (reels, stories, posts)
Design event flyers and marketing assets in Canva
Build and update event pages on Lu.ma/Partiful/Eventbrite
Track and analyze social metrics (reach, engagement, RSVPs)
Engage with our community on social platforms (DMs, comments, reposts)
Occasionally help at events (optional but fun!)
Skills We’re Looking For:
Creativity and a passion for storytelling
Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok trends
Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
Organized and self-motivated
Interest in wellness, presence, and community building (big plus!)
Time Commitment:
5–10 hours per week (flexible, mostly remote; some optional in-person Bay Area events)
Compensation & Perks:
