Animation Incubator Internship
The Animation Incubator Internship at AllDunn Studio provides paid, hands-on experience in animation, storytelling, immersive media, and studio operations. Interns work on real projects while learning professional creative and production workflows, studio management, and industry expectations.
Interns receive mentorship from working animation professionals, including Meaghan Dunn (Studio Director, animator, and educator) and Linda Simensky (animation veteran and executive producer), and have opportunities to meet with other professionals across the animation industry.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with animation, storyboarding, or immersive media projects
- Participate in studio critiques and mentorship sessions
- Support project scheduling, documentation, and budget-aware planning
- Learn how a creative studio is run day-to-day
- Engage with professional mentors and industry guests

Meaghan Dunn
Meaghan Dunn is an animator, educator, and studio founder/director of AllDunn Studio. She teaches animation and storytelling in higher education and leads the Animation Incubator, mentoring students through professional studio workflows, critique, and hands-on experience in creative production and studio management.
Linda Simensky
Linda Simensky is an educator, animation veteran and executive producer with decades of experience developing and producing animated television series. Linda is a supervising producer and mentor at AllDunn Studio. She brings industry insight, professional mentorship, and high-level creative guidance to interns through critique, discussion, and project review.
How much mentorship do interns receive?
Interns receive regular, structured mentorship integrated into weekly studio workflows. This includes studio critiques, project check-ins, and guided feedback sessions with professional mentors. Mentorship is active and ongoing - not observational.
