The Opportunity
As a Sales Representative, you’ll build your own book of business from the ground up. You’ll prospect, cold call, close, and manage accounts—earning uncapped commission while developing long-term customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Do
- Prospect aggressively through cold calling, outreach, and networking
- Build and grow your own book of business
- Identify customer shipping needs and provide logistics solutions
- Negotiate rates and close new business
- Manage shipments and maintain strong customer relationships
- Problem-solve in real time to keep freight moving
- Communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and internal teams
