Business Analytics Intern

 

This intern will join the DoIT Enterprise Resource Planning Business Intelligence & Analytics team to support various areas of the software development lifecycle, getting needed training along the way. Duties will include assisting with requirement reviews, configuration setups, coding work, testing activities, and documentation efforts. This internship will provide an opportunity to learn aspects of the SAP Business Analytics suite of solutions. There will be a hybrid schedule for the intern to allow for both independent work and onsite meetings and mentoring.

 

The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) delivers statewide technology, innovation and telecommunication services to state government agencies, boards and commissions as well as policy and standards development, lifecycle investment planning, enterprise solutions and privacy and security management.

 

The deadline for applications is due Friday, March 06, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST. This includes all documents from outside sources, such as transcripts.

 

  • Eligible applicants must be Illinois residents who have not previously participated in the Curry Internship Program.
  • Curry interns will receive a stipend of $2,800 per month. 
    • The Curry Interns are paid as a normal State of Illinois employee via normal payroll. If they work a full pay period, they will be paid as any other State employee. If they work less than full-time (37.5 hours a week), they should be paid the hourly equivalent of their monthly base salary ($2,800.00), for the pay period(s).
