Commercial Risk Advisor

Leavitt Group is looking for a motivated B2B outside sales representative in and around the Morgantown, WV area. If you are confident in your consultative sales abilities, get excited by uncapped earnings potential, and want to be in a stable industry, this opportunity is for you.

The clients you serve will benefit from competitive and sophisticated risk management solutions. In this role, you will be surrounded by other professionals with a wide range of experience, many of whom are considered regional and national leaders in their respective fields. A consultative approach is used with prospects to uncover needs. You will have strong partnership support from other agency experts to offer a broad range of risk management solutions.

 

Day in the Life

  • Prospect new business through cold calling, in person prospecting, email campaigns, and networking
  • Meet with C-suite level decision makers to understand their operations, risks, and coverage needs
  • Educate business owners on key exposures like Workers Comp, Cyber, and General Liability
  • Recommend tailored insurance solutions and risk mitigation strategies
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, carrier updates, and coverage changes
  • Collaborate with marketing, claims, and service teams to deliver cohesive support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, carriers, and referral partners
  • Attend networking and carrier events to expand reach and stay engaged in the market
