COMMUNITY ACTIVATION LEADER

This role connects ABQ Running Fiesta with the Albuquerque community.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with run clubs, schools, gyms, and local groups
  • Support community programs (volunteers, cheer squads, activations)
  • Help create a welcoming and energetic race-week experience
  • Represent the Fiesta in the local running community

Skills:

  • Love people and community building
  • Are outgoing and organized
  • Want hands-on event experience

PROGRAM DETAILS

Commitment: 6 months

Compensation: $2,000 stipend

Time: ~5–7 hrs/week (flexible)

Location: Albuquerque (hybrid / in-person during race week)
