AT&T Sales Associate
At Catalyst Marketing & Management, our AT&T Sales Associates are responsible for business development and sales solutions for our telecommunications client in the Jacksonville, FL region. Our AT&T Sales Associate will work with local businesses to help set them up for success and apart from others. With advanced technology helping on the backend, there is nothing a business cannot do. The AT&T Sales Associate will be responsible for adapting to business needs, eager to contribute to customer services wherever necessary, and have a wealth of knowledge in the products available.
We are looking for our AT&T Sales Associate to be able to understand how our customers think to create solutions for them. The AT&T Sales Associate will be someone who can develop customer service and sales skills in order to assist our team in developing telecommunication needs throughout the area! With comprehensive knowledge and training, you will be able to close business deals and unlock a limitless career opportunity.
AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Work with business owners and customers to identify what products and services would make their operations more efficient
- Present products and services that would best meet their demands in a professional and personable aspect
- Assist the business owners and customers with their accounts by processing any orders they are inquiring about
- Address customers questions, explain available plans, features, and benefits to build the best service plan for them
- Establish an incredible working relationship with customers and coworkers
- Train to understand current sales and technology plans, new product/service information, and business strategies
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, working with businesses, or similar field is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work independently and under pressure to solve customer inquiries
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing high quality service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Time management skills
