Management Trainee

We are now seeking a Management Trainee to join our retail customer service and sales team.
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for greeting customers, offering expert product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a role where your ability to communicate, build rapport, and identify customer needs in a retail environment will impact sales and customer satisfaction metrics. Whether it’s answering a question, solving a concern, or recommending the best product, our Management Trainee will play a key role in both customer service delivery and sales for customers.
Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and establish initial trust by actively listening to their concerns, recommending appropriate solutions, and offering ongoing customer service
- Provide in-depth product information and highlight the features and benefits of each product in a compelling, informative manner
- Management Trainees – Retail respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in store
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing duties, POS transactions, and floor maintenance
- Management Trainees – Retail abide by all company and store compliance policies and procedures to ensure each sales transaction meets retail requirements
Management Trainee Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required
- Outgoing personality, with the ability to converse effectively with diverse groups of people
- Patient, empathetic individuals able to resolve conflict efficiently
- Able to stand at retail events and engage with customers
