Job Summary
Ipsen is a leading global biopharmaceutical company committed to improving lives through innovative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease, and Neuroscience. As part of our mission, we are seeking motivated undergraduate students to join our summer internship program at our Cambridge, MA office.
The Business Ethics Intern will support Ipsen’s Business Ethics team in driving a culture of ethics and integrity and ensuring adherence to local laws, regulations, and industry codes through internal policies and procedures. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization that values collaboration, innovation, and impact.
We will not consider graduate students (MBA, MS, PharmD, etc.) or undergraduate students graduating before December 2026. Qualified candidates are Juniors graduating in May/June 2027 and Seniors expected to graduate in Dec 2026.
We are also not providing housing support, so students will need to provide their own housing over the course of the 11-week program.
Main Responsibilities
- Working with the Business Ethics Business Partners, you will help to ensure that the team is able to achieve its objectives in helping to support the business units through ethical and compliant interactions with Healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners including Field Sales, marketing, medical affairs, and value and access teams.
- Support the monitoring program by monitoring and auditing activities conducted by Ipsen Employees.
- Enhance and support the Business Ethics team communication plan, operations, and policies and procedures.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- 3.0 GPA is a minimum requirement
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English is required. French and other European languages are an asset
