Broker Associate
X10 Commercial, a leading Chicago-based office tenant advisory firm, is seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter to join our team and expand our presence in the Chicagoland area. This is a full-time position that requires a highly-motivated individual, excellent communication skills with confidence and professionalism in both appearance and attitude.
Responsibilities for a broker associate will include, but not be limited to:
- Cultivate new business opportunities via cold-calling and canvassing
- Prepare marketing materials and presentations for prospective client meetings
- Build and maintain client and prospect databases
- Arrange site tours and property evaluations
- Network to identify potential new business opportunities
- Provide administrative support to senior-level brokers
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to engage with clients
- Work collaboratively with other internal employees
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of prior Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required
Required License:
- An active Illinois Broker’s License, or working towards the completion of obtaining a License is required
