Broker Associate

X10 Commercial, a leading Chicago-based office tenant advisory firm, is seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter to join our team and expand our presence in the Chicagoland area. This is a full-time position that requires a highly-motivated individual, excellent communication skills with confidence and professionalism in both appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities for a broker associate will include, but not be limited to:

  • Cultivate new business opportunities via cold-calling and canvassing
  • Prepare marketing materials and presentations for prospective client meetings
  • Build and maintain client and prospect databases
  • Arrange site tours and property evaluations
  • Network to identify potential new business opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to senior-level brokers

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
  • Ability to engage with clients
  • Work collaboratively with other internal employees
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years of prior Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required

Required License:

  • An active Illinois Broker’s License, or working towards the completion of obtaining a License is required
